newborn sessions

The best time to photograph your newborn baby is when they are under two weeks of age.

Ensuring your photography session takes place before then means your little one will settle more easily into a deep,
relaxed sleep and less likely to be experiencing colic and baby acne flare ups.

If you have missed this window, do not worry! Our baby sessions are specifically designed for you and your baby.

When should I book?

You can contact me at any time during your pregnancy to book your no-obligation pre-session consultation, to see where “the magic” happens and view all available products.

Your consultation can be done in person or online and is also the perfect opportunity to start talking about styling.

I offer a wide range of props, handmade outfits and accessories, but at this stage, we might discuss custom-made options that would help us create the perfect artwork for your family and home.

How to book

When you are ready to book, you can secure your appointment with a £50 session fee.

To ensure we are flexible should baby arrive early or late, we will initially book you in for your due date.

When baby arrives and you are finally home from the hospital, you can contact me to arrange the final date for your session.

We all know babies’ arrivals are unpredictable, so I arrange the studio calendar to allow for flexibility.

Your reveal session

Approximately 3 weeks after your session, I will welcome you back to the studio for your viewing and ordering appointment,
where you will be able to enjoy your personalised slideshow and view your final gallery.

After seeing your images, I will help you choose which products and packages suit you best.

I offer digital bundles (starting at £199), all-inclusive collections and individual printed products.

Our Clients say...

"We recently had some beautiful photo’s taken by lovely Emma on our son’s first birthday...a cake smash and splash session. Emma has worked really hard to make her studio safe and so clean. Face masks and hand sanitising gel were provided and there was enough room for social distancing as it was just the four of us. It was great fun and we are so grateful that Emma opened in time for our son’s birthday...I thought we were going to miss out! Our baby was a bit unsure to begin, especially as we were wearing masks, but with all our excited voices, he soon gave us some lovely smiles and the photo’s that Emma took are amazing! Thank you so much Emma!"
